Jesus College Cambridge Arts Research Fellowship 2026 Now Open for Applications

Applications are invited for two Research Fellowships in various subjects at Jesus College Cambridge.

Applications are now open for the Jesus College Cambridge Arts Research Fellowship 2026. The College is seeking highly qualified researchers to fill two Research Fellowships in the subjects of ASNC, Education Studies, English, Law, Modern Languages, and Theology.

Candidates who have undertaken more than five years of full-time research are unlikely to be considered, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for the Fellowship, applicants must submit their applications online by 5pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The application process requires two referees' reports, as well as the submission of written work and a 500-word statement regarding the importance of their current and proposed research.

Cambridge salary scale, with a starting salary of £32,882. Additionally, Research Fellows are entitled to free dinner or lunch, regardless of whether they live in or out of College. Certain research benefits may also be reimbursed, and Research Fellows may join the University Pension Scheme.
