The Catalyst Now Learning Initiatives Fellowship 2026 is a six-month internship opportunity that offers hands-on experience in membership management, community engagement, and global network coordination. The fellowship is open to individuals with a background in programme coordination, project management, communications, education, international development, social innovation, or a related area.
The role of the Learning Initiatives Fellow is to support the planning, coordination, delivery, and follow-up of Catalyst Now's systems learning initiatives, particularly the Learning Series and Fundraising Masterclasses. The fellow will work closely with colleagues across the Community Building and Learning team, the Communications team, facilitators, and other contributors to align priorities and coordinate Catalyst Now's broader learning offerings.

The fellowship is open to individuals who have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, as well as experience in coordinating virtual or in-person learning sessions, events, webinars, or community programmes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several deadlines simultaneously are also essential.
The fellowship is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a preference for full-time candidates. A stipend of $750 USD per month is available for eligible candidates.
