Emirates Group Opens Fully Funded 2027 Elevate Internship

The Emirates Group has launched its first fully funded international internship. The six-month Elevate Internship Program for 2027 offers a monthly salary, accommodation, and flights to Dubai.

According to the announcement on Opportunities Corners, the program is open to exceptional university students and recent graduates from any country. There is no application fee. The internship begins on January 11, 2027, and is based in Dubai. The deadline to apply is September 28, 2026.

Financial Benefits

Successful candidates receive a comprehensive support package. This includes a monthly salary of AED 5,000 and a fully sponsored visa and Emirates ID.

The Emirates Group provides company accommodation at the Premier Inn Hotel. Alternatively, interns can choose a monthly accommodation allowance of AED 2,000. Medical insurance is included.

The program covers a flight to Dubai at the start and a return flight home upon completion. After finishing the internship, participants receive one staff travel ticket. They also gain Emirates Platinum membership, which offers discounts across the UAE.

Internship Areas

Placements are available in various corporate functions. Assignments are based on an applicant's academic background, skills, and interests.

The available areas include Finance & Audit, covering financial planning and internal audit. Strategy, Data & Technology placements involve business strategy, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Other functions are People, Legal & Risk, which includes human resources and workplace wellbeing. Commercial & Customer roles focus on projects in loyalty, travel, and cargo. Operations placements cover service delivery and performance planning.

Eligibility and Selection

Applicants must be in their final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Recent graduates who completed their studies less than one year ago are also eligible. A strong academic record is required.

Candidates must have completed at least one prior internship. Experience with a multinational organisation is preferred. They must be available for full-time work in Dubai for the entire six months. Previous Emirates Group interns cannot apply.
