The Presidential Digital Talent Programme 2026 - Cohort XI is now accepting applications. Recent graduates in BSc ICT or Engineering are also eligible, provided they demonstrate technical competencies in core areas.

The eligibility criteria also specify that applicants must be Kenyan youth between 21-29 years old, unemployed, and not have previously undertaken a Government of Kenya internship program.
