This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to produce reliable content on complex issues, transforming them into engaging digital content tailored for social media.
The program is open to African content creators, influencers, trusted messengers, journalist-creators, and community voices who are passionate about informing and engaging their audiences through meaningful storytelling.
## Benefits of the Program
The program offers several benefits to its participants, including:
* Access to Pulitzer Center-supported reporting and journalistic resources * Opportunities to collaborate with journalists and receive personalized feedback on their content * Masterclasses on disinformation, creative storytelling, and scriptwriting * A participation stipend of $500, paid at the end of the program upon approval of all required deliverables * The opportunity to contribute to a broader conversation on accountability, forest governance, and human rights in Africa
## Eligibility and Application
To be eligible for the program, applicants must be African content creators who are passionate about forest governance and human rights. The application process is open to those who meet the eligibility criteria.
Applicants are advised to submit their applications before the deadline of August 26, 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and if you do not hear from the organizers within the weeks following the application deadline, it means your application was not selected for this edition.
